Clinical-quality ECG from a £60 chest strap. Captured on your phone. Analysed on any screen. No cloud, no subscription, no data ever leaves your hands.
The Data Pipeline
The Polar H10 doesn't just give you a heart rate. Every second it streams raw ECG, beat-to-beat intervals, accelerometer movement, and more — all captured directly on your phone. That includes tiny chest movements used to estimate breathing rate. Keep sessions on your phone for a quick look, or flow them to your PC, tablet, or Chromebook for deep analysis.
Getting Started
Strap on the H10 chest monitor. It streams lossless ECG at 130 Hz over Bluetooth — the same resolution used in clinical Holter monitors.
The free Android app captures everything: raw ECG, RR intervals, breathing via ACC, heart rate zones, and real-time AI arrhythmia detection.
Export to the web Studio for deep-dive ECG visualisation, event timelines, HRV trends, and detailed reports. One-time access, no subscription.
Android App · Free
Live ECG capture, session history, and event detection — all on-device, all free, no login required.
See every heartbeat in real time as the H10 streams lossless ECG directly to your phone.
Instant summaries flag ectopic events, pauses, and rhythm changes with precise timestamps.
Scroll through every marked arrhythmia event before exporting to the desktop dashboard.
Adaptive audio that responds to your breathing and heart rate to actively improve HRV — included free.
Active Biofeedback · Free
The app reads the tiny movements of your chest from the accelerometer, combines them with your live heart rate and beat-to-beat intervals, and feeds everything back as adaptive audio. Choose from four sound modes — including a breath-pacer that follows your actual breathing, a coherence drone driven by HRV, and a heartbeat sonification. For many apps this would be a standalone subscription; here it's included in the free Android app.
Web Studio · One-time access
Take your session data further. High-resolution ECG waveforms, interactive event timelines, and multi-session comparison — built for serious investigation.
"Today, at 67, I am fitter than I have been in 30 years. That didn't happen by accident — it happened because I finally had the right data."
This isn't a startup. It's one person — a developer who spent 15 years undiagnosed, had a pacemaker fitted, and then built the tool he wished he'd had all along. The Android app is free because better monitoring should be available to everyone. The web Studio costs two cups of coffee, because that's all it needs to.
